If you are goint to experiance the "Great Ocean road" this hotel is a perfect starting point, for day trips around the area. Visit the Twelve apostles, the Cape Otway national park, the beaches, or just the spesial nature around. The rooms was perfekt, and you have your own car park outside your dor. 100 meter to the shops / resturants Duncan and Anna was realy nice, telling the story around the Apollo Bay area. Very nice breakefast with your own *al a cart" egg and beacon........ Highlig recomended.

My wife and I were traveling for our anniversary and the staff at the hotel went above and beyond expectations to ensure we had an unforgettable time. Two beautiful towel-swans adorned the bed with a lovely red rose beside it. Staff recommendations for things to do were simply outstanding - the California Redwoods was by far our favourite, a well hidden gem not far from Apollo Bay. We look forward to returning to Apollo Bay and staying with you again. Many, many thanks for the amazing experience

When you come to this hotel, you will find that they are very close to the harbor and the beach. Their manager is very friendly and very enthusiastic to help you meet all your needs. There is a fireplace in the room, which makes the family particularly cozy in the evening. In addition, the hotel provides free rental of rubber boats and fishing gear, and there are also fishing spots nearby, which is very attractive. Next time come to Apollo Bay, must stay a few more days to go fishing!

The view from our villa - room was simply stunning. The meal and staff in the restaurant were superb. The area of Apollo Bay was charming and the drive on the Great Ocean road is atop of the list. We visited an area known for Koalas, and were able to find them both there and also up in the trees at Chris’s. As an unexpected bonus, we were greeted by several kangaroos, a mom and her pouch passenger stayed along side of the road for a fabulous photo op.

My unit was very clean, and well maintained. Heating was adequate. Chris was very friendly. Allocated parking was very close to my unit. The motel is 2 blocks from the beach. Very well located and quiet. It is an easy walk to restaurants and the excellent Apollo Bay Hotel. The price was very reasonable (in Friday, depart Sunday). I would definitely stay at Beachcomber motel again.

The breakfast was solid, the cafe had quite a few options to choose from using the motels coupon so it was well worth the extra for the breakfast package. The location was the highlight of the stay for such a small town there was a ton of things to do and a load of things to see from walking tracks to waterfalls to campgrounds and of course the beach.

Good value place to stop. Small family run motel, comfy beds with lovely crisp linen. All we needed fora night on the Great Ocean road. Good supermarket and plenty of eating options in nearby Apollo Bay.
