Set overlooking Picton Harbor, Beachcomber Inn Picton offers an outdoor pool, free parking and free WiFi. It is 2625 feet from Picton Ferry Terminal and 1312 feet from the Picton Train Station. We arrived late at the hotel due to several hours delay with the ferry from Wellington. The front desk was closed (I believe they close at 19h) but we had communicated with them and they left us the key and the instructions to get to our room. The room was large and comfortable, with a great view of the marina. The bed was nice and we slept well.

Located in the heart of Picton, this boutique hotel offers luxury accommodations with free Wi-Fi and free continental breakfast. All suites include a plasma-screen TV and an iPod docking station. This is a very small hotel (only 3 rooms) which only adds to its charm. Its location in the centre of Picton is an additional benefit as it is only a couple of minutes' walk from shops and nearby facilities.The old world style of decor ,the large rooms which are spotless and supremely comfortable has to be experienced. The restaurant is closed for evening meals , but the welcome touch of a wine and cheese plate is a unique touch. Breakfast is offered and sets you up for the day ahead. I would love to stay here again.

Koru Havenz enjoys a location in Picton, a 18-minute walk from Picton Memorial Park Beach and 1.1 miles from Shelley Beach. Private parking is available on site at this sustainable property. We had a private apartment to ourselves. Robert and Lisa had a little fridge with water and milk as well as a kettle, microwave and coffee, tea, and fresh muffins for us. Robert gave us great advice about where to go and eat in Picton. He was also kind enough to drive us and our luggage to the train station the next morning.
