Darren called me the day we were arriving to see if we had any special requirements or requests. He met us at the gate as it was dark and settled us in. They were very attentive yet not intrusive.

Featuring ski-to-door access, St Falls Resort is located in Falls Creek in the Victoria region, a 3-minute walk from Falls Creek. location is super convenient, just next door to Homebase where we can get our lift ticket and rentals, you just need to book online, click and collect. One of the lift is located just at the back door of the hotel with easy access from the room that we can lock up all the ski equipments. We are happy to find that there is a washing machine in the room with dry function together with a dry space where we can put our wet ski clothes. The hotel is also with walking distance from overnight parking, which made the whole checking in and checking out process very smooth, no need for additional shuttle. 1550 restaurant at the 2nd level is always warm and welcoming with lots of delicious food and friendly staff. SPA is definitely a plus after all day ski.

Staff helpful and accommodating. Location is as good as it gets. Wi-Fi is free & fast. View is superb, when it stops snowing 😊 true ski in ski out.
